Relaxation Trening

It's not easy to relax while living in the modern world, where our brains are bombarded with millions of pieces of information per minute. That's why so many people seek to relieve themselves of stress and anxiety. In addition to external information reaching us, we experience a whole host of "internal events," such as imaginings, memories, expectations, plans, interpretations of events, and more.

Being in a constant state of activity triggers the release of stress hormones in our bodies, such as cortisol and adrenaline.

By strengthening and developing various techniques, we can significantly enhance our ability to cope with difficulties, maintain emotional balance, adapt more easily to changes, avoid the negative effects of excessive stress, and thus better manage life situations.


A 10-week program is aimed at individuals who:

Are excessively stressed

Want to learn stress management techniques

Want to reinforce their previous achievements in this field.

The workshop is led by Małgorzata Wojciulewicz Gosia - Your Wellness Now Coach wellness & wellbeing.

When? From April 3rd to June 5th, Wednesdays from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
