POP - Drinking Reduction Program
The Drinking Reduction Program is an offer for people who find their alcohol use problematic, drink harmfully, but are not ready to maintain total abstinence.
Program goals:
Deepening understanding of the reasons for reaching for alcohol
Getting to know one's own motives conducive to change
Learn skills to help you reduce your drinking
Establish a plan to reduce your drinking
Developing the ability to cope with stress without the need to reach for alcohol
Developing personal skills that contribute to a healthier lifestyle.
The program lasts about 12-16 individual meetings.
Qualification for the Program is possible after prior consultation with a therapist.
