At CKU we offer group addiction therapy online.
The group is open, which means you can join it at any stage.
The therapeutic contract is based on maintaining abstinence from psychoactive substances and gambling.
Psychotherapeutic work in groups and individual sessions is aimed at stabilizing abstinence, developing ways of dealing with cravings for psychoactive substances, addictive behaviours, preventing relapses and working on personal problems.
Admission to the therapeutic group may take place after participating in a minimum of 3 individual consultation sessions (online or live) aimed at identifying the client's needs related to addiction treatment, diagnosing co-existing problems and strengthening motivation for treatment.
"No one knows what will happen in a few minutes, and yet they move forward because they trust, because they have faith in themselves"

Recovery from addiction is a complex process. People who receive greater social support have a greater chance of improving their health. Such support is the power and potential of the Therapeutic Group.
In a therapeutic group, you can acquire new ways and skills of establishing relationships with other people and learn to build trust in yourself and others.
Group therapy is a good opportunity to explore what makes us have difficulties in relationships with others, what we feel in relationships with others, what we are afraid of, what we need from other people and what we can offer others.
Participating in a group allows you to see and understand that others struggle with addiction and have similar problems, which creates a sense of belonging and reduces the feeling of loneliness and exclusion.
Group therapy sessions are conducted by two therapists. The therapeutic team includes addiction psychotherapy specialists and psychologists.
