The Family Connections™ – BPD/Emotional Deregulation program is a free support program dedicated to people who have a relationship with a person affected by borderline personality disorder (BPD), who show BPD traits, or who struggle with chronic and severe emotional deregulation, experiencing addictions, relationship disorders and impulsivity, engaging in self-harm and suicide attempts.

Accompanying a loved one who is struggling with such great suffering is a huge challenge. It is a life of tension, full of fears about whether my loved one will hurt themselves, or hurt me with words. It is a constant dilemma about what to say, what to do so as not to worsen the situation.
